In this session, Tom Altman from Altus CXO will walk through how businesses can assess their AI readiness using the ClearXO framework - a simple, structured approach to document systems and processes, identify gaps, and uncover where automation and AI can make the biggest impact. The session will include a live Q&A to help attendees apply these ideas directly to their own organizations.
