Community Bingo

Get ready for an evening of fun, food, and friendly competition at 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑩𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒐 𝑵𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕, hosted by Main Street West Branch! This exciting event series is designed to bring people together at local eateries, raise funds to support downtown revitalization projects, and provide an all-ages activity that the whole community can enjoy.

Bingo Nights will rotate to a different downtown restaurant each quarter, giving attendees the opportunity to experience and support all our local favorites. It’s the perfect way to connect with neighbors, enjoy great food, and make a difference in our downtown community.

Cost to Play Bingo

Cards
- $1/card
- Cards are available on 3 or 1 card sheets and will be sold in packs of 5 or 10.
  - The minimum purchase will be $15 or $5. You can purchase as many packets as you would like
- Each card in the pack will be a different color. We will only use 1 color per round and will announce the color prior to the start of the round. This will hopefully allow us to get 5 games in each hour.
- You can purchase as many packets as you want at a time.
- There will be an intermission after the first 5 games to purchase additional cards for the second hour if you did not select a 10 pack.
Daubers
- A limited amount of daubers will be available for $2 each
- Color preferences and daubers are first come, first served
- You are welcome to bring your own dauber from home, it just cannot be black and we must be able to see the numbers when stamped so that a win can be verified
- Highlighters, washable markers, etc. may also be used
We accept CASH or VENMO only!

Bingo Rules

All players are welcome.
Seats cannot be reserved earlier than 1 hour prior to game play
Card / Dauber sales will begin 1 hour prior to game play
Ink markers (daubers) must be used on all paper cards
It is the player’s responsibility to yell bingo loud enough to stop the caller and on the last number called.
Once the caller announces the letter or first number of the next ball, no bingos will be honored and the game will continue.
No other bingos will be honored once the caller declares the game closed.
Any bingo cards with defective, duplicate, or altered numbers will be invalid and can be exchanged at no extra cost.
All bingo numbers must be legible to be valid. Dark inks that make numbers too dark to read will invalidate your bingo.
In the event of multiple winners, prize money will be split as evenly as possible.
Refunds are at the discretion of MSWB committee.
As a courtesy to your neighbors, please keep your talking to a minimum.

Common Questions

Will food and drinks be available? YES! The hosting venue will have food and drinks available for purchase.
Can I bring my own daubers? YES! You are welcome to bring your own dauber from home, it just cannot be black and we must be able to see the numbers when stamped so that a win can be verified. Highlighters, washable markers, etc. may also be used.
How many games will be played? We aim to play 10 games and will take a break after the first 5 games.
Will there be specialty games? YES! All tables will have a print out showing the specialty games and it will be announced.
Where do the proceeds go? All proceeds support the Main Street West Branch mission to improve the social and economic well being of our community & the historic downtown by:
- Preserving and sharing our history and unique identity
- Attracting and supporting small businesses
- Engaging and connecting the community
