WBCDG REVOLVING LOAN FUND
Loans in amounts from $500 to $5,000* with as low as 0 % interest are available to local businesses for the purpose of business improvement, expansion, equipment, inventory or facade repairs. Applications are excepted throughout the year and reviewed by our Economic Vitality Committee.
MAIN STREET IOWA CHALLENGE GRANT
The Challenge Grant is a competitive 1:1 matching grant for $25,000-$100,000 that can be used on facade improvements, upper floor interior rehabilitation, structural repairs/improvements, code compliance, first floor interior rehabilitation, energy efficiency/sustainability improvements, and permanent physical improvements to Main Street district properties. OPEN FOR BUSINESS GRANT
This grant opportunity is designed to encourage business expansion in Main Street districts. Eligible expenses are inventory, equipment, marketing, computers, software upgrades (etc). management coaching! This 1-on-1 coaching helps new and established ventures overcome common growth obstacles, develop effective strategies, identify new income opportunities, and stay focused on success.
