The Old Bank
In 1877, West Branch State Bank constructed a two-store building after outgrowing the one-room bank across the street. By 1916 they again outgrew the location again and razed the building to construct the "new modern building" that still stands today. It was known for it’s well-equipped ladies’ restroom and lounge, popular meeting places for women while waiting for the men to conduct business in town.
Today the building is still known locally as the “Old Bank” and currently houses a variety of professional offices and co-working space.
